The Aquaturbo AER-AS is a high-speed floating mechanical aerator. It consists of a high efficiency ambient operated motor customized to Aquaturbo wet environment operating standards. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and consists of a one-piece float, a suction cone, and a two flight Archimedes style Screwpeller®. The Screwpeller® generates a flat and large-diameter spray pattern maximizing the air-water contact zone. The AER-AS is easily adaptable to nearly any basin configuration. With a lengthened intake cone section, the AER-AS can penetrate water depths up to 8 m. This allows the unit to draw activated sludge of low oxygen concentration from the bottom of the basin to be transformed into an oxygen-rich surface discharge. Easy to install, robust and reliable, the Aquaturbo AER-AS ensures efficient aeration and mixing for years of maintenance free service.

LPHC are , an acrylic-aluminium made humidification chambers designed to work with our Mini One microclimate generator. LPHC is offered in two standard sizes and also can be built as a special order in different sizes by client request. The body is made of black acrylic with aluminium and front doors from clear acrylic. RH levels are controlled through the Mini One microclimate generator. UNDER CONSTRUCTION CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL CHAMBERS We are also offering special order microclimate chambers build to client specifications. Those units are constructed from stainless steel and depend on client expectations. All aspects of microclimate can be controlled: relative humidity, temperature and low level of oxygen can be attained. Chambers with controlled relative humidity and temperature can be built with glass doors (as in photo). Units with modified oxygen have solid, special sealed doors. Low level oxygen is generated using nitrogen generator or liquid nitrogen.

The self supporting, lightweight diaphragm construction made of stainless steel – with high mechanical strength and resistance to ageing – enables tanks with diameters of up to 50 m to be spanned. The stainless steel not only provides support but also seals off the tank and can withstand snow loads and high winds. The Lipp stainless steel diaphragm cover is corrosion resistant, gas and vapour diffusion tight and provides reliable protection against UV radiation and mechanical damage. The lightweight design of the diaphragm makes it ideal for covering volatile and explosive substances and prevents components from flying around in the event of an explosion. Prefabrication of the diaphragm at the factory eliminates the need for welding work to be carried out at the construction site.

Vacuum packaging machine large with two perpendicular sealing bars and stainless steel construction (AISI 304), with digital panel and volumetric electronic sensor for constant vacuum control. Using the short sealing bar can package products with lengths up to 820 mm. Instead using the long bar can be made more packages with a max lenght of 520 mm. The vacuum pump 40 m³/h. ensures a high productivity. Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas injection system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

Typically, the ASCO CO2 Gas Dosing System is used together with water desalination plants. The system is equipped with a CO2 pressure reducing valve, filtration unit, CO2 gas flowmeter, CO2 regulating valve, pressure gauges, safety valves and a completely prewired control cabinet. In case of maintenance the system provides a manual bypass line, which also can be monitored by the flowmeter. Load cell model 8417 measures the tension or compression force between both axially mounted metric exterior threads on the cylindrical sensor housing. Forces are only applied to the threadings, which are especially long, to accommodate counter nuts and must not be affected by external influences such as bending, lateral force or torsion. Any contact with units affixed to the sensor housing - even on the front - must be avoided. The measurement element is a membrane perpendicular to the axis of the sensor with a strain gage full bridge applied to the inner surface, which requires stable excitation with a rated value of approx. 1 mV/V. The connection cable is led radially out of the housing through a sleeve which is used for strain relief.
