The recruiters will perform the same tasks (i.e. Search your job board resume databases, Search the internet for passive candidates, Screen and qualify the candidates, Process and Format resumes at a significant cost saving to your organization. The Recruiters will: source, filter, interview, and co-ordinate with the account managers. The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will help you with the end to end recruitment from sourcing, screening, uploading the candidate to your ATS or VMS if required and will follow up, until the candidate joins.
