In addition, we build press-off facilities and design them individually, including suitable risk assessment. Our process visualisation is suitable for customer presentations of the running pumps directly at the pump test stand. We design and manufacture individual test systems for the pressure testing of valves and pumps. Merecs Engineering has a competent network of partners for this purpose. Within this framework, we carry out the risk assessment, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. This magnetic system is specially designed for non-destructive testing of pumped vacuum devices, that required the creation of a uniform magnetic field not only in the center of the operating bore, but in the toroidal region of large size. The system is assembled on the basis of NdFeB permanent magnets.

With our HPT heat pump test bench you can simulate humidity as well as temperature. The test stand is used for functional testing of air-to-water heat pumps according to DIN EN 14511. Current test systems on the market, which are used to test e.g. air-to-water heat pumps, are climatic chambers with a cooling, heating and humidification unit fixed to the roof. The disadvantage of this concept is that it is not possible to set a homogeneous temperature and humidity distribution in the cube-shaped room. Based on test engineering concepts in the automotive industry, EP-E developed a concept in which the air flows in a closed loop (loop design). The HPT heat pump test stand is a closed-loop test stand for functional testing of air-to-water heat pumps according to DIN EN 14511. The advantageous closed-loop design uses an insulated chamber with conditioning units for temperature and humidity outside the chamber.

The complete pump unit is installed on a base frame; it is operated with a central operating panel. Pre-selection of the maximum test pressure can be continuously adjusted to up to 5,500 bar. The pump is switched off automatically after the set pressure is reached. The flow rate can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 1 l per minute and thus enables a defined build-up of the required test pressure.

The complete testing pump unit is installed on a trolley with suspension device and thus designed for mobile use outside. It is available with different explosion protection versions. Operation takes place via cable remote control. Pre-selection of the maximum test pressure can be continuously adjusted to up to 5,500 bar. The pump is switched off automatically after the set pressure is reached. The flow rate can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 1 l per minute just like for the workstation pressure testing pump.

These test stations are designed for pressure testing of valves with an operating pressure of up to 5,500 bar. Gas compressors and pressure reservoir for testing with nitrogen as well as hydraulic stations for connecting and switching valve drives are available. The complete high-pressure valve test station is controlled with a central control panel. Mobile or fixed pressure testing pump can be used to generate pressures of up to 5,500 bar.

grotamar ® 82 kills micro-organisms in diesel and heating oil quickly and reliably and thereby protects against malfunctions and damage in engines and heaters. THE EFFECT Water in the diesel, condensate water, and heat in the tank system provide conditions for the growth of bacteria, fungi, and yeast. They form bio-sludge and organic acids which lead to filter clogging and corrosion. A failure of the engine or heating system is the result. By adding grotamar ® 82, the growth of micro-organisms can be prevented. THE RESULT grotamar ® 82 quickly kills microbial pests and effectively protects against corrosion. Expensive repairs are avoided. grotamar ® 82 was also successfully tested as an initial biocide by Öl-Wärme-Institut in an oil burner pump endurance test and fulfils the criteria catalogue for heating oil (extra light) additives.

PR9140 hand-held micro pressure pump is applied with the insulated pressurized pump body and pipeline, which effectively prevents the impact of the environment on the pressure stability. It features wide micro-pressure adjustment range, high stability, portable structure design, small size and light weight, and is suitable for field operations and laboratory calibration. It is mainly used to calibrate the micro differential pressure transmitter, the differential pressure sensor and the micro-pressure diaphragm pressure gauge.
