Air accumulations which occur particularly in pump outlets when water is delivered to pump outlets and pipe lines and makes water flow area narrower and causes decrease in capacity. Double ball vacuum lifters are used for preventing this adverse issue and in locations where high efficiency is required. Air which occurs when water is delivered to system firstly fills into vacuum lifter and discharged through holes which are located at inner side covers. Then water fills into vacuum lifter and lifts ball up and holes are closed and sealing is maintained.

These valves have closure system in screen form by means of slide and connected to pipe lines and used for stopping fluid inside pipe. Screwed shaft which is mounted inside housing moves slide up and down and performs open and close operation for valve. Sealing is maintained by gasket which is coated over slide. They are used liquids which do not have abrasive property and in liquid fuel installations. They are not used for controlling and flow adjustment.

The air duct is made of sheet metal construction. It is possible to make the desired air setting with air valves. Thanks to the mica glass, the cleaning process of the product can be clearly seen. The air duct is used to separate foreign substances that are lighter than the product with the help of air. It is mounted in front of the garbage separator and at the outlet of the peeler. The feeding table located at the product entrance ensures homogeneous goods flow throughout the channel. The rear curtain, which is moved throughout, allows the duct cross-section to be adjusted as desired by means of adjustment bolts. This precise adjustment of the air speed in the duct ensures that the light substances in the grain passing through the duct are separated in the desired amount.

Dosing pots are required in order to feed liquid chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors into closed systems. The dosing pots consist of a mild steel vessel with an inlet (return) and outlet (flow) valves, a drain valve, and a filling valve. A steel tundish, air release valve, wall mounting brackets, and a non-return valve. Dosing pots can also be supplied without the valves, and air release valve if requested.

Viratop Automatic Air Vents automatically purges air, micro bubbles, and other gases from the system into the atmosphere quickly and reliably. Air can be collected at high points or specifically designated collection points. There is a float-controlled vent valve in the air collection chamber of the Viratop. If the float loses buoyancy due to the air that has accumulated in the collection chamber, it sinks and the vent valve opens. Automatically air is purged. The float has enough space to move freely even if there are dirt deposits in the air collection chamber. This ensures to protect the valve mechanism from dirt.

The “Direction Plug” supplied with the radiator free of charge is placed between 3-4 slices in radiators from the direction of hot water inlet to the 10th slice, and between 4-5 slices in radiators larger than 10 slices. The air vent valve should be installed across the direction plug. 2 – CROSS-CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. Hot water inlet and air vent valve must be at the top. 3 – PARALLEL CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. Hot water inlet and air vent valve must be at the top. 4 – BOTTOM ENTRANCE OUTLET (HB) CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. Direction plug is installed during factory manufacturing. Hot water inlet should be made from the outside and cold water outlet should be made from the inside. If hot water is input from the opposite side, only the 4th slice will be heated. 5 – COMPACT INTEGRATED THERMOSTATIC VALVE CONNECTION It can be applied to all models.
