Coil steel sheet is a building product obtained by cold rolling of liquid steel, which is frozen by continuous pouring, and then zinc coated by hot dipping method. The flat steel type produced in desired dimensions is highly preferred thanks to its easy processing, shaping and durability.

Hot rolled coil sheets are subjected to acid surface cleaning process and become products with special properties. It offers different usage areas and forming properties in line with its chemical and mechanical properties. Products are available in various grades such as DD12, DD13, DD14, S315MC, S355MC, S420MC, S460MC, S500MC, S235JR, S275JR, S355JR. Hot Rolled Coil Sheet has a wide range of uses in sectors such as automotive, white goods, machinery manufacturing, construction sector, industrial warehouse solutions and furniture. The scale (oxide) removal process applied for surface cleaning is carried out with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid baths. Then, oxidation is prevented by protective lubrication and the product, called acid-cleaned sheet metal, is shipped to customers in rolls or slitted, cut to size on demand.
