Fully synthetic compressor oils (PAO/ester and additives) for the long-term application at medium/high temperatures. The oils are neutral towards elastomers, have a low evaporation rate and protect reliably against wear and corrosion.

Fully biodegradable, solid-free, long-term lubricating greases for the lubrication of track side face/wheel flange. The biodegradable ester oil based lubricants reduce significantly noise, minimise wear at wheel and rail contact surfaces and show good temperature behaviour during all seasons. They are particularly resistant to water/salt water, offer high adhesive strength, outstanding high load carrying capacity as well as excellent oxidation stability.

Synthetic high-performance lubricants with a PFPE-base and NSF/H1 food grade approval. The pressure and chemical resistant vacuum pump oils feature excellent lubricating properties at high temperatures and enable long lubrication intervals.

Pastes are essentially lubricants (oils, thickeners and additives) with a higher content of thickeners and solid lubricants. Depending on the selection of the additives, they can be used in multiple applications. Lubricating and assembly pastes with a high content of solid lubricants provide excellent lubrication and separating effect, even under extreme temperatures and loads. Due to the excellent media resistance, they establish a water and steam-resistant lubricant film and protect reliably against tribo-corrosion. Pastes are often used for the start-up and running-in lubrication of chucks, joints, journal bearings, pins, bolts and bushings. Furthermore they are used for the assembly and disassembly of bolted connections which are for example difficult to disassemble after high-temperature applications.

High performance oils, available in various ISO-VG classes, containing mainly highly refined hydrocarbons for the lubrication of vacuum pumps in low and medium vacuum applications up to 5 x 10-3 bis 10-5 mbar.

Water-resistant, high-load lubricants based on mineral oils with calcium soap thickener for the long-term and long-life lubrication of roller and journal bearings.

Highly effective, silicone-free ceramic sliding lacquer with extreme adhesive strength, good load carrying capacity and a very good separating effect. It forms a water and oxidation stable protective film which offers good lubricating properties.

Lubricating and assembly paste, free of heavy metals with white solids protecting against tribo-corrosion. Due to the latest additive technologies it protects very well against wear and corrosion in guides, joints, bolts, bushings, cams and hinges, that are subject to high loads.

Highly concentrated MoS2 -paste characterised by a low coefficient of friction and therefore special suitability for the treatment of metal parts with low tolerances and surface roughness. It can also be used as a release paste and reliably prevents metal to metal contact.

Lubricating and sliding agent for the lubrication of inaccessible bearing points or internal sliding points of roller, bush or pin chains. It protects reliably against wear, reduces friction and allows extended lubrication intervals due to its superior performance.

Sliding agents for valves and fittings in the oxygen-fuel technology sector, oxygen lances in steel manufacturing, oxygen apparatuses in the medical sector, diving centres as well as for roller and journal bearings in oxygen applications.

Multi-purpose H1 approved greases based on food grade oils and aluminium special soap, suitable for guideways, sliding components as well as bearings. These very adherent greases have a wide temperature range and are thus suitable and approved for many applications in the food-, beverage- or pharmaceutical industry

Lubricant behaviour and its effect on the manufacturing process can be calculated using selective lubricant sampling and precise analysis. Menacing component failure or premature breakdowns can thus be prevented. A substantial analysis determines wear-particle content in the lubricant and provides information about running behaviour as well as the operating conditions, without causing long machine downtime or time consuming machine disassembly. Maintenance-Free Roller Bearings with Extended Service Life. Turmocomp HD 150 is a lubrication concept enabling effective lubrication of roller bearings even in complex operating conditions. The lubricating compound is a composition of molecular polymers and synthetic base oils. For applications in the food industry, H1-approved oils are being used. A subsequent heat treatment hardens the compound to a firm, open-porous matrix structure. It completely fills the bearing cavities and cannot be displaced easily. Due to its structure, a significantly greater amount of lubricant can be stored in comparison to conventional grease. This compound is suitable for almost any geometry of roller bearings. Turmocomp HD 150 is the perfect solution in applications where re-lubrication with conventional grease or oil is not possible or where bearing failures occur regularly after a very short time due to harsh operating conditions.

Extremely water and media resistant multi-purpose greases containing white oil and calcium soap with excellent wear protection for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings, joints and guideways.

Low temperature grease with very good wear protection, high carrying capacity, high metal affinity and long service life at negative temperatures to -54 °C.

The fully synthetic grease contains special additives to prevent microbial growth within the grease. It is resistant to oxidation and can be applied at all processes requiring a high level of cleanliness and for which growth of pathogenic germs and microbial contamination is a risk.
