The heat recovery ventilation unit HRU-PremAIR has an air flow capacity of 350 m3/h at 100 PA. Designed to use aluminum heat exchangers and EPP self-supporting casing. Heat exchangers that are used depend on the model, such as counterflow aluminium heat exchanger (HRV) or counterflow enthalpy exchanger (ERV).

Heat recovery ventilation unit HRUPremAIR is a modern device with 350 / 450 or 500 m3/h air flow @ 100 Pa. Unit is made from cutting edge materials aluminim heat exchanger and EPP selfsupporting casing. Depending on the model, following heat exchangers are used counterflow aluminium heat exchanger (HRV) or counterflow enthalpy exchanger (ERV). Enthalpy exchangers in HRUPremAIRE series have a polymer membrane that effectively recovers heat and moisture from the extract air. Such membrane works like a membrane in waterproof trekking clothing i.e. it allows water vapour to pass through, but not liquid water and air. The enthalpy exchanger also blocks the transfer of odours, bacteria and spores. The exchanger material, is needless to say, primarily optimized for maximum heat recovery efficiency. PremAIR air handling units optionally can be equipped with the Constant Flow system, whose task is to maintain a constant air flow in the installation.

Isolation Unit, 2-piece, for positive or negative room pressure This Isolation Unit is made for installation on walls or windows. Pressure differences up to 20 Pascal are easily generated. Negative pressure is obtained when the filter unit is placed inside the room, and the ventilator unit is placed outside the room. (infectious patients) Positive pressure is obtained when the ventilator unit is placed inside the room and the filter unit is placed outside the room. (immune-compromised patients). Both parts are connected by a tube – through the wall – which contains an air back-pressure flap (standard) and fire damper (optional). HRUWALLRC is a bidirectional ventilation unit, often described as decentralized or pushpull, with regenerative ceramic heat exchanger. It is intended for single room installation, usually installed in synchronised pairs. The heat exchanger material together with its unique honeycomb structure gives a maximal 82% thermal efficiency ratio (74% acc. to 1254/2014 EU Directive reference measuring point). The operating principle is analogous to HRUWALL unit is working in alternating flow mode, switches the air flow directions every 40120 seconds (pushpull) and it’s equipped with energy efficient EC fan (maximum power consumption is only 6 W for HRUWALLRC15060). With the purge air method, heat recovery for balanced air mass flows can be determined for alternating, decentralised ventilation units. The uncertainties of the direct measuring method used so far due to inhomogeneous velocity and temperature profiles at the outlet of the ventilation units are circumvented by the scavenging air method and the measuring accuracy is higher. With the optional humidity conditioning the moisture recovery can also be determined. Further thermal performance indicators are the air volume flow in alternating operation and the balance, which can also be determined with the test bench. The test stand is equipped with an auxiliary fan so that continuously operating ventilation units can also be measured with the direct measuring method.

The iGRAIN Relay Output Unit is a control module designed for automatic control of aeration and head space ventilation fans. The unit is controlled from the iGRAIN Dashboard Manager or control board via RS485 MODBUS. Each unit has 8 relays with NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) relay contacts and the status of each relay is indicated with a diode. Each relay unit can be set to an individual address and be installed remotely where the aeration power relays are located. Electric motors of the MP112, MР132, MР160, MР225 type are DC motors used for the main movement of metal-cutting machines and other production mechanisms. The MР motor (112, 132, 160, 225) consists of an anchor, a stator-charged magnetic conductor, bearing shields, output device, fan assembly.
