Unions in numerous variants Numerous special designs Due to our excellent national and international supplier relationships, we are able to deliver standard fittings as well as numerous special designs. It is possible, for example, to deliver A 105 screw connections with a bronze-steel seat. Different thread types Screw connections can be supplied with the following threads: NPT thread according to ANSI B 16.11 BSP thread according to ANSI B 16.11 G thread according to DIN ISO 228 R thread according to DIN 2999 like BSP. Internal / external thread and SW ends All threads are available as internal / external threads (male / female). Furthermore, the screw connections can also be supplied with SW ends (socked weld). The combination of the different ends is also possible. Screw connections according to ANSI B 16.11 are always 3-part and have a metallic-conical seal.

The MBS standard cylinder series is characterized by a variable and stroke-independent welded construction. Due to the uniform force transitions between the different sizes and the different connection situations, they are often used in the areas of mobile and stationary hydraulics. Cylinder connection is via welded rod ends and bolted radial bearings. Connections with threaded holes for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 are planned. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. Numerous designs available at short notice Support-free assembly Nipple outlets (MSS SP 97) have been specially developed for support-free assembly. Nipple outlets are available with different ends. Smooth or beveled ends are used for welded connections, while the ends have an external thread for screw connections. We can deliver nipple outlets with NPT thread according to ASME B1.20.1 from our warehouse. We can deliver nipple outlets with BSP / T threads according to ISO 7-1 and BSP / P threads according to DIN ISO 228 with short delivery times. Standards and special requests We deliver nipple outlets in different wall thicknesses (STD, XS, S 160 & XXS and special wall thicknesses) as well as in all common materials. Most Winding Lines process one single coil (single-layer winding). There are however also applications where multiple layers are wound: With this process, the rewinding Coil Reel (Rewinder for short) reverses horizontally and orderly puts one layer beside the other, creating one long coil. This will make sense when narrow slit coil materials of small weight and – depending on their thickness – usually short running lengths would require frequent changeovers. Here, a layer-wound coil provides much longer productive time. The “elongation” by the way is done by butt-welding the coil strip ends. We offer this complete technology – including our own end-joining equipment and an adapted servo layering axis for the Rewinder. For thick strips we build vertical straighteners to correct the frequently occurring camber defect.

Elastic monolithic PU conveyor belts from BEHAbelt offer new fabrication possibilities. Due to the lack of traction layers joining by finger welding is no longer necessary, as the monolithic belt has a homogeneous design – even in the weld seam. The welding device HS from BEHAbelt is a simple, handy, reliable and costeffective tool for butt joining of monolithic belts. Depending on customer requirements, two versions are available with the joining table and heating paddle for max. belt widths up to 400 and up to 800 mm. The simple operation in combination with the intuitive production aids ­enables a repeatable and highquality connection of the belts. Optional adapter plates ensure precise positioning and clamping of the butt ends to be welded.
