Aquawood Ligno+ is a highly transparent coating for coating windows and doors made of softwood used outdoors. Thanks to the application of the HighRes® technology, a 5-year guarantee can be agreed for the first time. Based on the generation3 properties, by integrating the HighRes® technology it has been possible to create a coating system with outstanding resistances. In the areas of lignin stabilisation and UV protection, new standards are set by using special raw materials.

Hydrophobic means to repel water. Applying a hydrophobic coating to a surface can help the surface repel dirt and residue for easier cleaning. These types of coatings also have an oleophobic property, meaning that oil and grease is also repelled. The cell has a volume of 25 ml only to enable a fast gas exchange with minimum gas consumption. Its PTFE coating and ZnSe windows ensure a maximum corrosive protection. The MATRIX-MG01 is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors and their measurement values are automatically read out and considered within the control software OPUS GA.

To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation. The strip painting plants can be supplemented by further Venjakob plant technologies specifically tailored to the process such as brush sanding/denibbing machines, dryers or conveying equipment.
