In our moulding departments we are producing items for hear devices and other medical equipment. The demanding quality request from our customers are for us daily business. The production is equipped with handling robots and that´s why we can offer all quantities from prototypes / small production batch sizes to several million items per batch for a competitive price level. We can also offer customer packing from our 2 automatic packing machines. We have for many customers a security stock or an annual framework agreement.

We have big experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and product development together with our customers is our daily business. With 2 K moulding you can add different materials and / or colours to the same item without any glue or mechanical connection. Sealings are also a well-known and often used application for 2K injection moulding.

We produce also parts for very demanding applikations in PEEK or LCP as for example Vectra, Sumikasuper or Xydar. Please ask for further details. LCP is a fantastisk alternative for many high end engineering plastics.

In our 2 tool shops in Nykøbing and Skals (Denmark) we produce Micro Tools, Quick Mould Tools, Soft Tools and Hard Tools for both our own production and for other injection moulding companies. With our Quick Mould Tool system we can materialize you dreams in very short time if needed. We have 13 standard Quick Mould Tools form sizes and 6 of these sizes are Flex Tools with 27 different sub-sizes. More than 30 mother tools make sure that we always have short lead times. We produce injection moulded and machined parts with EN 1935/2004 (and all following norms) certificate.

Do the fact that the most of the machines has handling robots we are abel to work with insert parts in different forms. Threated inserts are also possible.

Do you need prototypes? Choice between 3D printed CNC machined and injection moulded! If you do not know what to choose: Choice us. We help with the best solution. Moulded prototypes in our Quick Tools are competitive on both price and lead time especially if you need a small series for testing.
