In general, it works as single gates with right or left shift principle as transition gates processing and storage areas connected with monorail lines in red meat production and processing facilities. We have solutions for interrupted (articulated, cantilevered) and uninterrupted monorail lines. They are manufactured according to European standards with using hygienic materials. It does not contain any organic products. It does not be exposed of any deformation during washing with chemical disinfectant.

It has been developed as gates for cold rooms controlled by the atmosphere. Especially the sealed cell foam gaskets and stainless eccentric locking systems ensure airtightness for it. In these doors, there is a glazed control panel, which also can be applied directly to the cold room wall. Our door wing is produced as a monoblock. To not to being a reason for a thermal bridge of metal sheet, and all internal support sheets are joined together and with aluminum injection for profile’s frame provided total stability. They are manufactured using hygienic materials according to European standards. It does not contain any organic products. The Door of Hinged Cold Room According to the panel thicknesses, the door is produced between the two sheets filled with 4042 kg / m³ density polyurethane insulation material. There are two available types of door casings as panel case and special aluminum case. Door panels are produced in accordance with paneling and optionally polyester coated, PVC, crni (304 quality stainless) sheet. The thickness of the door is 80100 mm for normal cold storage, 120 mm for frozen storage tanks and 150 mm for shock chambers. Door locks are manufactured in accordance with international standards and have a security mechanism that can be opened from the inside when it is locked. The hinges can rise up and adjustable type, which rises as the door is opened, provide to reduce the friction rate with the ground. The frozen storage room door has the resistance that can be changed very easily when needed.
