We operate two cutting-edge laser cutting centers equipped with 3kW and 6kW fiber sources, respectively. Our 3kW laser center offers a maximum working dimension of 2000x4000mm, while our 6kW laser center boasts working dimensions of 1500x3000mm. These capabilities allow us to handle a wide range of project sizes with ease and accuracy. When it comes to material thickness, our laser cutting centers excel. We can effortlessly cut through steel up to 25mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm thick, and aluminum up to 15mm thick. This versatility enables us to accommodate various project requirements and deliver precise results every time. With our cutting-edge laser technology and skilled team, we ensure that every component we produce meets the highest standards of quality and precision, meeting the diverse needs of our customers across industries.

Die-cutting electrical discharge machining (EDM) and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) allow for the machining of precise, difficult-to-machine elements with complex shapes, for which the access of a conventional cutting tool is difficult. The wire EDM machining process is also used in our plant to regenerate tools and create injection moulds, dies and gears. Various technological methods are used for the processing of metal products. Wire EDM machining is an erosion treatment that, through electrical discharges, allows metals to be given various shapes, often impossible to achieve by traditional machining methods. Our sanding block FAPI-EVO offers greater efficiency when rounding edges thanks to the TRIPLE FLEX trim variant. A selection of trim types that are specifically tailored to the material to be processed offers you the opportunity to select the sanding block individually for your process. Thanks to the innovative tool attachment, the sanding blocks are secured against twisting/slipping on the power belt.
