Oxyfuel and plasma cutting in alloyed and unalloyed steels is our job. We manufacture these exactly as you need them for your project. Whether these are flame-cut parts for the printing press industry, custom plates for bridge construction and container manufacturing or cuts for excavator arms, we at autogena manufacture the basic parts from which your advanced technology is created. Right from the start, we've paid attention to the latest machine technology and process-optimised manufacturing procedures. We are therefore able to work very economically. An advantage that we're glad to pass on to our customers. This is how the firing tables for oxyfuel and plasma cutting, for instance, were enlarged again, processing units were implemented and new flame cutting machines were continually acquired. An annealing furnace, the robot cutting system for chamfers and a roller round off our ability to refine "standard flame-cut parts". We stock approx. 15, 000 tonnes of heavy plates in various material grades, such as S235JR+N / S355J2+N / P355NL2/NH / P265GH / ASME SA 516 size 60/70 and shipbuilding steels of level A to F36. Plates up to a material thickness of 300 mm, a width of 4500 mm and a length of 16, 000 mm are permanently stored and processed. Thanks to the perfect location of our company in northern Hanover with access to the Mittelland Canal, its own rail connection and proximity to the highway, autogena is also able to supply oversized parts.

The new CNC milling machines with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis machines give us a possibility to produce complex details with excellent quality. We work usual steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass. The maximum dimension of detail is 1200x600x600 mm, by 5 axis work ф320 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 1000 kg. The company possess universal milling machines, which are used for production of details with small series, repair of instruments, producing of single pieces
