BELREY FIBRES SA is active in textile recycling and specializes in the production of recycled synthetic fibers. We have high-performance equipment and operate 5 fiber lines in Mouscron, Belgium, equipped with powerful cutters, mixing chambers, shredding lines, and integrated baling presses.
We have direct access to textile waste worldwide, which means we offer a wide range of synthetic materials. Our annual capacity reaches 15,000 tons of fibers such as nylon, polyester, and polypropylene.
As an economical and ecological alternative, recycled synthetic fibers serve as secondary material for non-woven products across various industries, including automotive, geotextiles, drainage, spinning, and much more. With our custom processing equipment, we are able to produce clean and homogeneous materials. We are ISO9001 certified and can guarantee quality fibers.
Another avenue for valorization is regranulation, which allows for the transformation of thermoplastic textile waste into pellets for manufacturing plastic parts.
The valorization of waste helps reduce production costs by lowering raw material expenses. We sort and process approximately 60 tons of textile materials per day.
