BH25 High resolution incremental encoder

The BL50H is a high resolution exposed linear encoder in reflective design. The BL50H has a grating period of 1.6µm and generates a signal period of 400nm with the Laserscale operating principle. The extremely small dimensions, made possible by the reflective design and large mounting tolerances, allow easy integration into X/Y stages and a wide variety of measurement applications. It provides a very high signal quality with low noise level and is suitable for resolutions up to 6pm at travel speeds up to 3m/s.

The BS78 is a high accuracy exposed linera encoder with an interferometric signal generation in transmitted light design. The scale has a graduation period of 0.55µm. The LASERSCALE operating principle generates a sinusoidal measuring signal with a signal period of 138nm. This has an extremely high signal quality with a very low noise component. This allows resolutions of up to 2.1 pm to be generated. Due to the extremely low interpolation error, the BS78 is perfectly suited for ultra precision machining, measurement and calibration applications.

The BL57 is a high-resolution, exposed linear encoder with interferometric operating principle in transmitted light design. The BL57 has a graduation period of 1.6µm and generates a sinusoidal signal period of 400nm due to the laserscale operating principle. This allows resolutions of up to 6.1pm. to be achieved. Due to the high response speed of up to 3m/s, it is perfectly suited for high-precision and fast X/Y stages.

Absolute operating principle with magnetic signal sensing via two read heads. Extremely insensitive to oil, moisture and dust due to magnetic signal sensing. Large inner diameters of 96mm or 180mm. High accuracy and resolution. Perfectly suited for applications in CNC machine tools e.g. swivel heads or rotary tables.With various serial interfaces available
