Magnescale Co., Ltd. is a globally leading manufacturer of high-precision length measuring systems, angle measuring systems and measuring sensors based in Japan. Magnescale was founded as Sony Magnescale in 1969 and has been part of the DMGMORI Group since 2010. MAGNESCALE™, DIGIRULER™, SmartSCALE™ and DIGITAL GAUGE™ are measuring systems with a magnetic operating principle. As a result, they are extremely insensitive to contamination, while providing a high level of precision and reliability. These length and angle measuring systems are therefore typically used for speed and position control in machine tools.
