BIEGLO can organize the production of your PEEK finished parts according to your drawing and material specifications. We are happy to advise you and rely on parts of our international network for productions of parts. Due to the integration of raw material sources (granulate and powder) up to the application technology we can recommend you the suitable processing of PEEK. PEEK finished parts can be produced for a variety of applications, for examples, compressor valve plates, fittings or screws. Finished parts can be produced by turning, injection molding, CNC machining or in the 3D printer.

Sustainability is an important part of BIEGLO GmbH where we assist our customers to get rid of the scrap their processing produces, try to support the environment and foster the economic sustainability. Based on the specialization of our company, we focus only on high performance polymers; especially PEEK. We collect scraps and meet our recycling partners needs. We have a wide range of PEEK scraps in differnt forms, such as shavings, regrind and small parts. If you are interested in buying those scraps, please do not hesitate to contact us. BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages. The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber. The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material: 1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc. 2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C . 3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.

BIEGLO offers polyimide powders for various processes. The Dexnyl PI powder is available in two different particle sizes. Our Dexnyl PI Powder 100P_19 suitable for compounding and compression molding application and our Dexnyl PI Powder 260_19 is suitable for producing compression molded and direct formed parts. The range of products that can be produced from our polyimide (PI) is only limited by the processing machines. Polyimide powder can be processed by hot compression molding, direct forming, iso-static compression molding or it can be compounded with other materials as an additive. Polyimide powder is often compounded with PTFE to increase certain properties of the PTFE.

Our polyimide semi-finished products meet the highest demands of various industries, such as the aerospace or the automotive industry. The polyimide semi-finished products are available as solid rods or sheets. Tubes can be produced as short, direct formed pieces. Polyimide semi-finished products are available in various compounds, for example with PTFE or graphite for better coefficients of friction. Polyimide sheets are available in the standard size 305mm x 305mm and a thickness of 1.6mm up to 50.8mm. Polyimide rods have a standard length of 965mm. The diameters of the solid bars are distributed from 6.3mm to 82.5mm.

BIEGLO offers finished or semi-finished parts directly formed from polyimide powder with all the attributes of sintered PI. The advantage of direct formed parts are the lower costs as quantitiy is increasing. Due to almost zero percent waste during production it can be a more economic production method. Machined parts are widely used for small series high precision applications. Polyimide direct formed parts can be used in different applications: Automotive industry: racing engine fuel line. Jet engine: vane bushing or lock nut insert. Industrial machinery: hotrunner systems nozzles or plasma cutting torch as gas distributers or sealing components. Semicon HDPCVD Equipment: e.g. heater coil spacer. Life sciences: rotor seal or pneumatic surgical tool vane.

BIEGLO offers polyimide tubes with inner diameters starting from 2mm and going down to 100 micron. Our polyimide tubing are mainly used in the medical industry for catheters or neurovascular applications. Dexnyl polyimde tubings are extruded from thermoplastic polyimides and offer excellent pushability and tractability as well as ultra-smooth surface and transparency. USP class VI (USP 6) compliance is of course a given.

BIEGLO offers PAI rods from different PAI types, Torlon® 4203; 4301; 4275; 4435; 4645; 5030 (30% GF); 7130 (30% CF), where each type is best suitable for a specific application. The unique performance of polyamide-imide (PAI) is the result of being transformed from a thermoplastic to a cross-linked thermoset during an extended curing process. Our PAI is processed by experienced engineers and offeres the best possible values a PAI product can have and it is suitable for many applications as gears, rollers, plasma chamber hardware and wafer contact fixtures.
