The laser not only allows numerous types of surface/paintwork/coating/oxides to be removed, but also all sorts of residues present on the surface to be sublimated (grease, oil, dust, residues et.). This can be achieved partially or totally dependent of the application. The laser technique is a non-contact/non-abrasive process that only heats the treated area very slightly. No chemical agents are used. Depending on the power used we are able to remove between 1µm and 2 mm of layer and localise the treatment by band, zone etc. Once the layer has been reached the substrate will no longer be damaged by the laser.

Laser is also an excellent way of selectively cleaning surfaces that will need to be treated such as painting, coating, welding, brazing, plastic or metal coating, or joining. In addition, the correct setting of the laser beam allows the substrate to be textured resulting in considerably better adhesion and application quality.

Laser technology can be very precisely adjusted for the surface treatment of metallic materials. This allows powerful, high-intensity laser pulses to be applied to create different types of precise micro structures for visual and mechanical effects.
Request for a quoteBSI CLEANING is a leading player in the field of innovative surface treatment and cleaning. Our main aim is to provide our clients bespoke solutions using cryogenic, laser and plasma technologies. We work towards changing industrial uses which mainly resort to cleaning techniques using solvents, chemicals, pressurised water and brushes. Each service is bespoke. The technologies we use (cleaning using lasers, cryogenics and even atmospheric plasma) are complementary. They all share the fact they do not require direct contact with surfaces, optimising surface treatments (cleaning, stripping, rust removal, etc.), providing optimal results and above all a positive environmental impact. We are democratising these technologies to improve the daily life of industries. Our ambition is to cleanse industrial cleaning.

In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process. The HUEHOCO portfolio includes both decorative and weather-resistant coatings as well as system solutions for a firm bonding of the metal strip with various rubber compounds and/or various plastics. For technical applications, there are also high-temperature resistant and non-stick as well as anti-friction systems, directly rubber- or plastic-coated metal strips. Since 1989 we have been the first company in the world to offer our customers the opportunity to have their goods delivered "endlessly" wound with more than 200,000 metres in a single strip on metal or plastic spools. Depending on our customers' requirements, we can process all wrought aluminium alloys, stainless steels, steel grades and non-ferrous metals available on the market in various degrees of hardness.
