The IKO Linear Bushing is a highprecision linear motion rolling guide that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls, and the like are built compactly in the external cylinder. Models are available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Simple Replacement for Rolling Guide With the shaft used as the raceway, guiding parts using conventional bushings can be changed to rolling guides without major design changes. Wide Variation For each dimensional series, standard, adjustable clearance, and open types are available with and without seals, which can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel Stainless steel types are also available, with excellent corrosion resistance and ideal for use in clean rooms, such as in medical equipment

CLube Linear Way ML is a small LSeries linear motion rolling guide with builtin CLube lubrication that provides longterm, maintenancefree operation. Our CLube technology maintains the lubrication performance for an extended period of time, reducing lubrication schedules and the time it takes to manage them.

Interchange specifications are available. Since the slide unit and track rail dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. The slide unit is available in a standard type and wide type, the latter suitable for use with a single track rail. Length of Slide Unit Three stainless steel ball retaining types with the same crosssectional dimensions but different slide unit lengths are available short type, standard type and highrigidity long type. They can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel and High Carbon Steel Types Stainless steel types, with excellent corrosion resistance, are also available. They are ideal for use in cleanroom machines and equipment, such as medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices. The high carbon steel type, with a track rail that can be modified, is used for generalpurpose applications such as conveying and equipment handling.
