Our thermally insulated halls are the highest quality solution and offer the best protection for sensitive goods. Thanks to all-round high insulation by means of sandwich elements, these lightweight halls can be used in all areas. The areas of application of our thermally insulated halls: - Storage for sensitive goods - protected parking and storage space - Assembly and commissioning for goods of all kinds - Maintenance and repair - Production and workshop - Sales and exhibition areas Benefit from the excellent heat-insulating and low-maintenance properties of full cladding made of sandwich elements. They consist of two outer shells made of steel and a foam core made of polyurethane or mineral wool, thus ensuring optimum insulation. This means that the energy required to heat the industrial hall can be significantly reduced. As a positive side effect, appropriate noise protection is generated at the same time.

HR-Structures' lightly thermally insulated industrial halls are equipped with Thermoplane roofing and sandwich panel wall cladding. This combination is the smartest solution for slightly temperature-insensitive goods. The areas of application of our lightly thermally insulated halls: - Storage for slightly temperature-sensitive goods - Protected parking and storage space - Assembly and order picking for all kinds of goods - Maintenance and servicing Roofing by means of Thermoplane is the best solution if no elaborate insulation measures are desired, but condensation and condensation water in the hall are to be avoided. It consists of two shells which are filled with air and thus provide additional insulation. Wall cladding made of sandwich elements is the best way to gain the maximum insulation.

To protect your goods from condensation or condensation water, it is possible to integrate a special underlay tarpaulin. It consists of mesh fabric, which allows moisture to diffuse from the inside of the hall to the outside. The fields of application of our condensation water protected halls: - Storage for temperature-insensitive goods - protected loading of transporters - protected parking and storage area - Picking for goods of all kinds - Maintenance and repair When single-layer tarpaulins in the roof are no longer sufficient, we at HR-Structures recommend our modern thermal tarpaulins. Produced in membrane technology, the two-layer roof and gable covering has a heat-insulating effect and prevents condensation on the underside of the roof tarpaulin. It consists of two shells, which are filled with air and thus provide additional insulation and protection against condensation. As wall cladding we recommend here the trapezoidal sheet.
