Soybeans undergo an extrusion process using mechanical presses after which oils are obtained. The whole production process is kept traditional. We do not use chemical substances such as heksan at any stage of production. Thanks to these practices, the extruded soya meal is a fully natural product, much more so than post extruded. Its main characteristic is high protein absorption as well as great amino acid composition. Thanks to this, it is a valuable source of protein for animal feeding and is successfully used as an additive to livestock fodder.

Soybean flour obtained at the FODER BIO-TECH plant is made thanks to a powerful fragmentation of NON GMO soya sharps orsoya with GMO. Soybean flour has a high amount of proteins which can be used as an animal protein substitute. Soybean flour is fully gluten-free and very low on starch.
