Description

We obtain hazelnut oil by cold pressing method without using any chemicals and heat application in order to keep the nutritional values and functional properties of the product at the highest level. About 92% of our hazelnut oil is composed of unsaturated fatty acids like oleic and linoleic acid. It is stated that oleic acid (about 86%), which is the dominant fatty acid in hazelnut oil. Giresun is the region where the first hazelnut-producing areas in Turkey are located and where the most delicious and bioavailable hazelnuts are grown.
