Technical information The electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimper is specific designed to process loose turned contacts. In the range of 0.08 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 28 – 14) wires and contacts can be crimped. Standard is a 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to MIL 22520. Optionally is it possible to adapt the machine for other crimpforms. Manual adjustment of the crimping-depth (by option automatically by motor). The machine can be converted for other contacts by using specific tool kits. All tools are easily replaceable. The crimping process is started by a foot switch. Technical Information The pneumatic driven crimper is specifically desig­ned to crimp loose turned contacts. In the range of 0.08 up to 4 mm2 (AWG 28 – 12) wires and contacts can be crimped. A 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to SAE 22520 is standard. The crimping-depth can be adjusted manually in 10 µm steps. The machine is equipped with standard crimping tool kit, the crimper can be easily adapted to various contacts. Brackets for optimized infeed and centering of the wire are optionally available. For Z+F ferrules and integration in fully automatic machines Technical information The electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimp modules CM-AEH are specifically designed for Z+F ferrules. They can be integrated in fully automatic machines. Wires and ferrules can be crimped in the range of 0.34 up to 4 mm2 (AWG 22 – 12). Atrapezoidal crimp (CM AEH-G) or quadro crimp (CM AEH-LS) corresponding to DIN46228 part 4 are available. The machines can universally be used in the specified range.
