Customized Metal Stamped Housing

HAI TONG design and manufacture various types of metal casing, metal housing, metal box, metal case inhouse for oversea customers, all these metal casing will be formed by metal stamping process and TIG welding, the waterproof of our metal stamped housing/casing can achieve IP45, they can be widely used on LED lighting, electronics, architecture.

The stamping parts are formed by metal stamping with 2.0mm Steel plate, which can release your hands during watching IPAD, after assembly all components together, put your IPAD on the display support, it is safe ans easy to assemble, the surface finish is powder coated in black, looks elegant, the weight of this unit is around 1.5kg.

This metal casing is made with carbon steel with 0.8mm thick, the two sides are separately made by metal stamping and then, spot welded on the main body, then powder coated red, it is used as metal housing/metal casing on LED lighting, also it can be used on electronics or architecture.
