Customized metal stamping housing used on LED lighting/safety lighting/emergency lighting, high quality with durability and they will be formed by stamping out of tooling with stable quality, the material can be galvanized steel or iron with 0.5-1.0mm thickness, LED light and driver will be assembled on the lugs of the upper casing, powder coating makes the metal casing more elegant and long life time.

HAI TONG design and manufacture various types of metal casing, metal housing, metal box, metal case inhouse for oversea customers, all these metal casing will be formed by metal stamping process and TIG welding, the waterproof of our metal stamped housing/casing can achieve IP45, they can be widely used on LED lighting, electronics, architecture.

Metal stamping pin, contact, terminal are widely used on electronics like socket, switch, plug, battery, PCB, car antenna, car charger, material usually is copper, beryllium; copper, phosphor bronze with super electrical conductivity, and they can be silver, gold, tin, nickel plated with 4-10 micron thickness.

We manufacture various series of metal casing, metal housing, metal case or metal box inhouse for many customers from different countries, most of them are used on LED lighting, industrial control box, power for computer, solar energy, meter,etc, customers like the housing/casing made with sheet metal, metal have good heat resistance and more durability compared to plastic, further, metal can be treated with different surface finish like powder coating, painting, polishing, plating, ecoating, plastic can only be painted or plated and plastic will become fragile after a shot long usage.
