The tensiometers of the DCAT series are measuring instruments for force-based characterisation of surfaces and interfaces. Because of the compact and modular product design of the DCAT series, a bespoke combination of device and accessories can be found for any use case. The DCAT 25 is the multifunctional all-round model of the series. Measurements can be carried out at defined humidity and at temperatures between -15 °C and 300 °C. In addition it is possible to investigate the viscoelasticity of monolayers in combination with the Langmuir trough module LTMr. As the only tensiometer in the DCAT series, this model can analyse the adhesive force extensively thanks to an additional camera module. Measurements: - surface and interfacial tension - liquid density and solid density - dynamic contact angles - surface energy of solids - critical micelle concentration (CMC) - sedimentation and penetration - analysis of adhesive force - surface pressure - viscoelasticity of monolayers

In the spraying pre-treatment method, applying chemicals with a certain pressure on the parts creates big positive differences on paint quality and life span. By cleaning and coating the surface of the part before painting, the paint will retain its first-day quality with out any degradation for long years by strong adhesive forces. Our spray tunnels, with the help of automation systems, allow you to be able to produce automatically and continuously with out any touch. Tunnel type spray surface cleaning lines consist of parts like spray nozzles, heat exchangers, dosing pumps and ventilating systems. In our spray lines, the AISI 304 – AISI 316 stainless sheets of steel and polypropylene are used. According to needs of our esteemed customers, horizontal belt type conveyor, compact type, and rotary table type automatic plc controlled washing machines can be produced by us. Some chemicals which are used for surface cleaning must be applied hot. Due to this situation

The QuellTech laser sensor family Q4 or Q5 used for these tasks is generally mounted on an arm of a rotational axis, to scan along the complete 360° angle of the internal surface in a sequence of strips. The Q4 sensors can also be used to control the weld seam tracking itself for rapid setup and ease of use. Even during a project, the range and scope of the Q Series sensor demonstrates the advantages of a modular system to quickly adapt to project needs, where the smallest system has provided fast analysis of pipes as small as 105mm. The low power, with standard communication protocols, enable battery powered systems to transmit wireless data to other systems for review and cloud back up.

Knight Optical can offer you Plane Mirrors (general, λ/1 and λ/4), for use within 3D Mapping Applications in a range of materials such as Soda-lime float glass, white float glass, and BK7 glass. Plane mirrors also known as front surface mirrors or first surface mirrors are used within 3D Mapping Applications. As stock we hold a number of general purpose, λ/1 and λ/4 with a range of up to 6 types of coatings such as Enhanced Aluminium, Ali/SiO2 and Ali/Mgf2. Our general purpose grade mirrors are made from good quality float glass and generally available in thicknesses of 1mm, 3mm and 6mm as standard. How our mirrors are used within 3D Mapping, is they are used as a sender and receiver of a laser beam that will take a reading of a specific surface, and from that reading it can create a 3D map of the surface that is has read.
