DEKA Surface Technologies is specialized in high precision CNC Machining , Turning and Milling and is the leader in Thermal Spray Coating. It has 4-axis CNC turnings up to 800 mm diameters and 3000 mm lenght. It is located in Izmir, Turkey. It applies Tungsten Carbide and Ceramic coating such as aluminum oxide , chrome oxide and zirconium oxide on steel and aluminium (aluminum). The coating powders are all imported from Europe. It produces custom made parts upon technical drawings. It is ISO: 9001 certified. Quality control department has CMM coordinated measuring machine , surface hardness tester, surface roughness tester, bond tester and a balancing machine that measures up to 5 mg. It serves the industries such as wire and cable, wire drawing, oil and gas, printing, agriculture, defence, marine, aerospace, iron and steel. It exports its parts to Germany, France, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland and Polland. In the wire industry the products are : Capstan, pulley, contact tube, guide, multi-channel pulleys, rings.
