The hard version contains a chocolate look alike. It takes longer before they are ready to use, but they harden after you made the decoration. This version is best suitable for decorating cookies and chocolates. Also you can make pickable chocolate decorations with this version.
The soft version has the best shine, and are ready to use by warming the tube up in some warm water for only a short period. This version is best suitable for pancakes, desserts and cakes. The filling stays soft when you are done decorating, but will harden a bit in de refrigerator.
Flexible sugar paste for layering and modeling. Multiple colors available. The rolled fondant can be produced as private label. Also with different colors or natural colors and under different sugar paste recipes.

The colored fondant glaze becomes liquid by heating it. You can place the cup directly into hot water, or you heat the fondant glaze carefully in the micro wave. Make sure the fondant stays below 40 degrees. A 280 ml cup contains approximately 300 grams of fondant glaze.
Fondant glaze is nice to use as a coating on patisserie, cupcakes, donuts, petit fours and cake pops. You can also use the fondant for writing and fine decoration.

Slightly jellified glaze that comes in neutral/transparent, with sparkles in multiple colors and with cacao chocolate flavor. The glaze is used to give shine and sparkle to (roll)fondant, bavarois, cakes, donuts and more, and to protect layers of fruit. The glaze can also be used as a filling to replace jam / marmalade. The PH value is low which gives the glaze a sweet slightly sour taste. Using the glaze on cupcakes makes the cupcake more creamy. Pink contains azo colorings, rest is AZO free. The glaze can be used directly from the cup or you can heat it a bit (bain marie) to get lower viscosity. Available colors: Blue, Gold, Neutral/Transparent, Pink, Silver, White and with a chocolate flavor.

Edible glue based on glucose syrup for maximum stickness.
The glue is packed in a 65 gram bottle with a easy dropper cap.
Ingredients Glucose syrup, water, stabilizer E466, preservatives (E330. E202, E211).
Ganaches With one tube of ganache you can make approximately 14 to 16 chocolates. The ganache is also very suitable as filling for macarons or cookies. The range contains the flavors:
Instructions (making chocolates without a mold) Heat the tubes in hot (not boiling) water until the filling is completely melted. Keep the sealing on the tube.
Put some microwave foil in a square cup of approximately 60 square centimeter.
Fill the cup with the melted ganache.
Put the cup in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the filling is hardened completely.
Melt some chocolate Au Bain Marie. About 200 gram per tube. (check the internet for tempering instructions, or use our Dipping Choco for shiny results))
Take the ganache out of the cup and put it on your working bench.
Use a sharp and hot knife and carefully cut the ganache in pieces of approximately 4 cubic centimeter.
