Dehydrated redcurrants - 25g sachet

The local currant (peyi in Martinique) is the calyx of the hibiscus flower. It makes a wonderful jam, but also a very refreshing and thirst-quenching drink with a tangy taste. Its red colour and fruity flavour make it an excellent ingredient for your macerated arranged rums.
