The new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface enables digitalization of the measurement technology right from the sensor. Its compact design and high degree of protection allow the instrumentation amplifier to be used practically anywhere in the field. Strain gage sensors typically have an output voltage of a few millivolts. In industrial environments, e.g. in the vicinity of electric motors or frequency converters, interference can affect the measurement result when transmitting analog signals. This is reliably avoided using the new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface. The analog link between the sensor and instrumentation amplifier is kept as short as possible, the standardized IO-Link communication is fully digital and interference-free. The amplifier is powered directly via the IO-Link interface – a standardized 5-wire cable with M12 socket. Strain gage sensors can be connected via a 4-pin M8 connector.

The electronic pressure switch DS 350 is interesting for all users in plant and machine engineering, due to the integrated IO-Link interface to exchange process data, diagnostic reports and status messages with a superordinate control level, as standard. In addition, further information can be retrieved that allow conclusions to the application process. Especially in mechanical engineering, great demand for flexible operating conditions have to be satisfied. Features — Nominal pressure from 0 ... 100 mbar up to 0 ... 600 bar — accuracy: 0.5% / 0.35 % (opt. 0.25 %) FSO — IO-Link according to specification V 1.1 — smart sensor profile — data transfer 38.4 kBaud — indication of measured values on a 4-digit LED display — rotatable and configurable display module — parameter settings via IO-Link or menu (VDMA-conform) — additional information via IO-Link accessible Optional features — different mechanical connections

Sheathing thermocouples can be used anywhere due to their ruggedness and small design. Whether in industry, development or in the lab. The measurement point is hot junction insulated as standard to exclude any falsification of the measurement evaluation through superposition of the offsets. Sheathing thermocouples are freely flexible across their entire length. That means the thermocouple can be integrated in the installation point. The temperature to be measured can therefore be registered near the desired measuring point. A possible connection lead permits simple routing up to the measured-data acquisition. Options are available for the element diameter, element and wire length as well as the type of connection configuration (plug, socket, bare wire ends, etc.). Temperature range: -100 °C to +750 °C, continuous, depending on selected sheathing diameter and measuring medium or atmosphere
