Solid top GRP panels are made of standard open mesh grating finished with a solid 3mm top plate. The top plate is gritted, creating an anti-slip surface ideal for pedestrian use. High strength and lightweight, they are often specified over open mesh gratings for safety reasons, such as preventing contamination to surfaces below. The closed top also creates an easier surface to walk over, particularly for wheels. Panel Thickness: 28mm (25mm mesh + 3mm plate), 41mm (38mm mesh + 3mm plate), 53mm (50mm mesh + 3mm plate) Available in a range of colours and sizes

GRP Anti-Slip Plate is a lightweight, non-corrosive product and can withstand extreme weather conditions, making it ideal for a range of environments. The plate is available with a fine or medium gritted top, depending on the application. The gritted plate provides an effective anti-slip surface and can be used to create a safe walkway in hazardous environments. It is commonly used in many applications, such as: walkways, stair treads, landing areas, ramps, piers, pontoons and many more. It can also be used to create a solid/closed top surface on the top of existing open mesh grating. Made from Isophthalic Polyester, with phenolic options available. Standard Colours: Yellow, Grey, Black (other colours available upon request) Plate Thickness: 2.5mm – 20mm available. Standard size of 4mm thick.

GRP Anti-Slip Stair Tread Covers are a fast and cost effective way to create a solid top surface on pre-existing stairs. Made from gritted GRP plate, they provide an anti-slip surface, improving safety in busy footfall areas. They are lightweight, durable, corrosion and weather resistant. They are quick and easy to install on to existing stairs, making them the perfect cost-effective safety solution. Safety: A hard wearing quartz gritted surface provides a high level of slip resistance (R13 slip resistance according to DIN 51130). GRP gritted plate also gives a high PTV reading, indicating extremely low slip potential. Standard Colours: Black, Black with yellow nosing, black with white nosing. Other colours are available upon request. Standard Size: 345mm x 55mm. We offer a cut to length service.

GRP FRP Pipes are widely used in various applications from drainage to sewerage and potable water. Typically available in a Vinylester or Epoxy resin, GRP FRP tubes are favoured for a number of reasons. Lightweight pipes make it easier (and cheaper!) to transport, handle and install. The pipes also have a high level of corrosion resistance from both the external environment and the internal flow. They also have a lower density, lower thermal expansion factor and a high strength to weight ratio. Elemy can supply various types of composite pipes DN 25 – DN 400 mm with Vinylester or Epoxy matrix and various pressure ratings and jointing configurations. • All pipes are plain end. • Pipes are supplied with an inner corrosion barrier 0.5mm – 2.5mm. • Large diameters available on request.

GRP FRP Flanges form a rim that protrudes from the end of a pipe. They have several holes that allow two pipe flanges to be bolted together, with a connection formed between the two pipes. A gasket may be fitted between two flanges to improve the seal. Flanges available: DN 25 – DN 2500 in GRV and GRE Cylindrical or Conical Inner configuration Pressure ratings 3, 6, 10, 16, 20, 25 and 32 bar Stub Flanges by Resin Transfer Moulding offer an excellent competitive solution with very high and constant quality. The dimensions comply with the specified standards for each particular diameter and pressure class. Various internal diameters are available to match all types of pipe. Diameters are available from DN 25 mm to DN 2500 mm. Pressure ratings from 3 up to 40 bar. SMC Stub Flanges Standard resin is Vinylester Derakane 411 or equivalent. RTM Stub Flanges Epoxy resin, Derakane 470 or other resin on request.
