Ems99 specializes in the production of steel marking wheels. Ems99 produces punches in 90MnCrV8 steel and tempered (56-60 HRC) with a tolerance of 0.015. OT58 EN 12164 brass punches are created for hot stamping. Also for this article, in addition to the standard pieces, the creation of customized pieces in terms of size and font is envisaged. The movable steel and brass characters allow engraving on labels or foil.
