Buddy is a portable dot peen marking machine, controlled by smartphone giving you infinite marking freedom, indoors or outdoors. Its user-friendly mobile application (subject to licence) makes it easy to create marking files. It can be used by an unlimited number of users and with any type of Android 10+ smartphone. It is part of Connect.series, the first range of dot peen marking equipment to offer wireless communication between the marking head and its control unit via a secure WiFi protocol. Buddy has an integrated 22V lithium-ion battery designed specifically to ensure the machine is lightweight, powerful and durable. It's made from hard-wearing technical plastic and features protective bumpers that make Buddy a robust piece of marking equipment. It has a multifunctional support foot for marking on cylinders or at the end of a bar, as well as for holding the head on the parts to be marked.

Flexmark Combo is a 2in1 machine, the bench can be reconfigured into a hand-held gun machine in less than 10 seconds. During bench configuration, its ergonomic column base was made to make simple markings. The column it has a quick and precise settings system of the marking head. The optimal head positioning offers you a large precision while marking small to medium parts. Clamping tools can be quickly fixed on it. The operator can easily walk around with the machine and its portable configuration. Head has a double handle and a support foot to ensure an excellent support and a quality marking. This equipment is operated thanks to a compact control box made for an intuitive use and a quick taking in hand. The Easy Shift function helps you during your dot peen markings thanks to the moving text visualisation on the screen. Flexmark Combo is equipped with IDI function that ensure a marking quality regardless of the level differences between the part and the stylus.

Combo is a 2-in-1 marking machine that allows you to benefit from both a portable and benchtop machine. In bench top mode, the marking head is mounted on a column base to mark parts up to 290mm high. The quick shift function facilitates transitions between parts by quickly adjusting the height of the head on the column. The grooves in the base allow various workpiece holders, such as a rotary axis, to be attached. In portable mode, you have a 10m range to mark freely thanks to the wireless communication and the 22V lithium-ion battery integrated in the head. Its multifunctional support foot guarantees stability and marking of flat and cylindrical parts. On the controller side, its intuitive software allows you to make your markings in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. It has a preventive maintenance module and a software suite. Combo has Intelligent Driving Impact function to mark on uneven surfaces while maintaining quality.

Flexmark handheld is for a portable use to mark voluminous and cumbersome parts, medium to large sizes. This machine has an aluminium reinforced structure to ensure a sturdiness, and thus, reduce the maintenance. It also has a double handle and a support foot to ensure an excellent support and a quality marking. Flexmark handheld is operated thanks to a compact control box with a colored screen, made for an intuitive use and a quick taking in hand. The Easy Shift function helps you during your dot peen markings thanks to the moving text visualisation on the screen. Moreover, several connections (RD232, USB) are available in order to respond to your needs. Control box also has a high memory capacity to store as much files as possible, and a multilingual software that can switch from one language to another in a few clicks among 21 languages. The machine is equipped with IDI function that ensure a marking quality regardless of the level differences between the part and the stylus.
