FLUIDINOVA is a specialized manufacturer of synthetic nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite materials, which are commercialized worldwide under the brand name nanoXIM. FLUIDINOVA produces highly pure, single phase nano-hydroxyapatite materials, which are supplied as pastes and powders for the manufacture of Personal Care Products, Medical Devices, R&D activities and innovative applications. In Oral Care nano-hydroxyapatite is mainly used in toothpaste and mouthwash formulations, due to its enamel remineralizing effect and dentine tubule occlusion properties that act as a pain relief agent for sensitive teeth. In Medical Devices nano-hydroxyapatite shows great benefits in bone healing and biocompatibility, being used as an injectable bone substitutes (IBS) for bone regeneration and in bone grafts.
