Vibrations, impact and shock loads can considerably affect the function and service life of aggregates and electronic equipment. WILLBRANDT elastomer shock absorbers effectively protect generating sets, electronic equipment and plant from vibrations, impact and shock loads. The static ultimate loads extend from 10 to 25,000 kg per element.

Industrial shock absorbers are maintenance-free, ready to install hydraulic components. They have an integrated fixed stop. The adjustable version enables precise adjustment to the desired dampening level. After installation, operate and adjust the shock absorber a few times until the desired braking level is achieved. Exceeding the max. energy intake per hour is possible if temporarily disconnected or the shock absorber is cooled with cylinder exhaust air. The installation position is arbitrary.

The parts to be washed are placed on stainless steel rotative basket and are washed with water mixted with degreaser under high pressure. Washing is done in order to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate. By filtering the water with the recirculation system, the machine is designed to wash parts with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time.
