Vollmer-Federn Merkle, based in Triberg in the Black Forest, manufactures anti-static brushes for discharging static charges. For more than 30 years, we have supplied customers in Germany and abroad with high-quality anti-static brushes. We manufacture aluminium strip brushes in lengths of up to 1000 mm. Customer-specific products for small or large series are our forte, but our customers are equally impressed by our reliability, expertise, quality assurance, punctuality, innovation and flexibility. Application: Our Merkle anti-static brushes are used in a number of ways, such as: Photocopiers, film equipment, paper processing machinery, document readers, medical technology, foil coating systems, printing machines, mechanical engineering, textile industry, plastics industry, injection moulding machinery, coating systems, dedusting systems and in a number of other industries.
