Fusi are traditional Slovenian pasta, characterized by their long, wavy ribbons. We have taken a slightly different approach, preserving their essence while making some modifications. They are made from durum flour and turmeric. Fusi are renowned for their unique shape, resembling handmade ribbons. These pasta are beloved in Slovenian cuisine and are commonly used in various dishes such as pasta salads, stews, sauces, or simply as the main component in rich pasta dishes.
