In the fluid dynamics laboratory of our Wasserburg competence centre, we design new fan wheels and turbines and optimise existing systems for performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units.
Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs.

Our products can be used both in the visible area of kitchens and gastronomic facilities and as ready-to-install functional components. We develop and produce material- and production-optimized according to your specific requirements. The warming drawers are serial produced and are continually being further developed by us. They are ideal for warming crockery or for keeping food warm. Due to their customised construction and elegant finishing, the warming drawers are visually perfectly integrated with other domestic appliances in the kitchen front, such as fully-automatic coffee machines, steam cookers or ovens.

Our vacuum drawer enables you to carefully prepare and naturally conserve foodstuffs. It was developed by Gronbach and is now in serial production at our site.
The main advantage of the drawer over other vacuum appliances lies in its compact design and in the pressure control. Unlike most free-standing appliances, a vacuum is created not only in the bag but in the entire compartment and in this way, no pressure differences are brought to bear on the foodstuff during the creation of the vacuum. Foodstuffs with a high liquid content and even entire liquids (soups, sauces, etc) can be processed in this way.

We develop and manufacture blower components such as fans, motors, duct guides, electronics and housings and, if desired, integrate them into assemblies and devices. In addition, we develop entire blowers as well as the required equipment.
