The filling volume goes from 80 to 1,500 ml with multi-flavors capability at a speed up to 60,000 cups per hour with double index. Our machine can handle paper, plastic, aluminum and glass cups. With up to three different cup diameters from 60 to 160mm, RM12C is optimal for industries where outstanding flexibility and line efficiency are critical. Over cap dispensing and clipping can be integrated.

EL PAL is a secure robotic cell for palletizing open trays, closed trays, plastic crates, bundles, etc. This robot is integrated with existing equipment to increase efficiency by having an optimized pallet. The pallet settings are indexed according to your cases. The interlayer pick-up function is incorporated within the gripper. EL PAL is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL WRAP is a continuous overwrapper for single cups or packs. This robot can be adapted to suit the desired packs: wrap-around cartons, economy or “drop-through” cartons and can be adapted to any pack size (1x2, 1x4, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4…). The format can be change quickly without the need for special tools. The machine speed can reach 360 packs/minute. EL WRAP is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.
