HEINZE & STRENG GMBH
Due to a lot of different manufacturing method we have the following types:
Press-fit slipring collectors: max. length of 420 mm
Injection-moulded slipring collectors: max. OD: 100 mm
Shrink-fit moulded slipring collectors: max. dimension up to 1 m Ø
Cable Stranding Machines
Quality level and design as per customs specifications.
Also available : brushes with wear signalling wire.
Best quality, grinded and polished with an excellent surface
The drawing cones are characterised by an extremely good wear behaviour, high density, as well as fine-grained structure and a very smooth and pore-free surface.
We supply the following types: Nickel, steel body with nickel coating, copper and brass Service:
Re-use worn put tubes by refurbishing running surfaces - regrinding works.
We reduce your maintenance costs and you get a first-class product result - sustainable and efficient.
***Special coating for tinned wire available on request.***
For our carbon fibre bows, we offer wire guide elements for custom equipping made of: ceramic- carbide- tempered steel and special roller designs
In the wire and cable industry, wear plates are an important component in the production process. To increase the lifespans of the plates, we subject them to thermal treatment. The “slip-in” design further minimizes the repair costs.
Wear plates available from Heinze & Streng with conventional or “slip-in” design.
Unique bow design according to the T-beam principle.
This allows enormous weight savings (about 40%) without loss of robustness.
Lower weight makes handling easier during replacement.
Maximum energy savings and longer rotor bearing lifespan thanks to extreme weight reduction.
Additional cast steel strands in the bow edges provide optimal protection in the event of wire breakages – especially with hard wires.
Wire guides depending on product and customer requirements: Roller, ceramic, carbide or tempered steel guides possible.
For optimized standing.
Robust and durable: The WIDE SR Bow is an exceptionally stable flyer bow, which is compatible with all SAMP stranding machines (models 560, 630, 760, 800 and 1250) and allows a large number of wire guide options. Clear advantages of the WIDE SR:Increased bow protection due to moulded steel strands on the edges.
Exceptional robustness due to a carbon material specially developed and braided for this purpose, which is completely moulded.
Significant reduction in bow breakage on the brackets.
Longer bow lifespan due to through-bolts instead of clamp mounting.
A “slip-in” design makes replacement of the wear plate quick and easy.
