H6632 is a reflective tape with excellent retroreflective performance. This is achieved by a surface covered in tiny, man-made prisms which reflect the light directly back at the source in a tight cone. This increases visibility in virtually all lighting conditions, surpassing ECE104 requirements. The metallic film base on which the prisms are applied is covered by a plastic film that is heat-sealed along the edges to prevent water penetration and delamination. This manufacturing process, which is unique to our material, creates a safety tape that is impervious to corrosion, backed with a clear, pressure-sensitive adhesive that will adhere effectively onto intended surfaces.

Heskins H6602 DOT tape is a glass bead version, using, as the name suggests, microscopic glass beads applied to the surface in a honeycomb-shaped grid. This formation allows a sufficient portion of the light shone at the surface to reflect directly back at the source in a wide cone that is suitable to allow perfect visibility to increase safety and reduce the risk of collisions in any lighting condition.

Heskins new egress glow in the dark marking tape, much like our current egress marking tape, is a smooth photoluminescent tape used for demarcation in buildings, particularly areas subjected to power outs. The base film is impregnated with a photoluminescent powder, charged by natural or artificial light. Once external light goes out, the egress tape is activated and glows brightly.

Heskins floor signs are durable, self-adhesive safety signs constructed from an industrial-grade plastic. Intended for use in factory warehouses and buildings where restrictions and safety notifications need to be highlighted. Heskins floor signs have their designs printed onto the surface, and then a top laminate applied over that to protect the print, preventing its important messages from being worn off and therefore resulting in them lasting a long time.

PermaCover allows you to apply custom, cost-effective signs quickly and easily within your workplace. For a workplace where work areas change often, this can be a very shrewd way of providing clear signage without mass initial outlays and reduced waste. PermaCovers are clear, homogenous pieces of plastic film with a self-adhesive backing around the edge. The sign or message is created by printing to A4 or A5 paper with a standard office printer and then applied to the centre before the whole piece is applied to a clean, dry surface ready for use.

The end-user can print out their sign using a standard inkjet or LaserJet printer onto A4 or A5 paper. This allows for a very quick way of creating signs for areas that may change purpose often. Constructed from a thick piece of homogenous plastic film, they consist of a coloured frame with a clear window in the centre, the top surface lightly embossed to stop it being slippy in the wet. The adhesive used is a strong adhesive that will ensure no lift during use. This allows ColorCovers use in colour coding areas to highlight various organised and hazardous areas.

Heskins semi-rigid warehouse markers are made from a semi-rigid PVC. A cost-effective alternative to other warehouse markers and signs while still retaining excellent durability levels that are required in a busy warehouse or factory. Heskins produce them in a range of shapes for immediate dispatch. Some also feature simple surface prints of letters or numbers with a protective laminated surface. The lean manufacturing of semi-rigid warehouse and pallet markers allows them to be supplied at low cost. This makes kitting out a factory, warehouse or any other premises with these markers and signs a very cost-effective exercise.

Heskins produces an excellent range of self-adhesive glow in the dark directional floor signs. The signs easily mark out emergency routes or fire exits. We produce photoluminescent floor signs in a size of 400mmx400mm; with rounded corners (to help with durability) and are laminated with a tough upper surface to help prevent the print being damaged. The permanent adhesive grips most surfaces with ease. The floor signs are charged by natural or artificial lights, during the day they are a vivid green and white display but as soon as the lighting is diminished they become black with glowing white infills. Photoluminescent floor signs are far more cost-effective than using powered signs and can be placed onto almost any flat substrate.

Glow in the dark arrows are 100mm, self-adhesive discs that day or night mark directions of routes in the workplace, whether they be walkways or stairways providing guidance around buildings or towards exits. During the day, glow in the dark directional markers are green with a white arrow making them clear to see. When the lights go out you will see the glow in the dark pigment discharge the energy it has absorbed and turn the arrow a bright, glowing green ensuring safe guidance in total darkness.

Aqua-Safe is our original non-abrasive waterproof anti-slip tape. In many instances an abrasive material cannot be used or is not ideal, this could be for the following reasons; The product must be cleaned easily. There must be no shedding of grit.
