"HPC" Produktions GmbH is a medium-sized industrial company based in Seeboden by Millstätter See lake in western Austria, and employs around 75 people. Since the company was founded in 1979, it has been active in the machine tool industry and now positions itself as a supplier of machine tools for series production, sees itself as a partner for customers and implements custom solutions according to customer requirements. On the one hand, the product range covers components for cutting operations – for example, for multi-spindle heads, milling heads, tool spindles, spindle units and powered tools – and, on the other, electric drives, FSW spindles and tool turrets. HELLMERICH technology is primarily used in production lines for the automotive and commercial vehicle industries and is therefore equally suitable for conventional machining centres, lathes, rotary transfer machines, special machines, transfer lines and transfer centres. This technology can be used to machine engine and transmission parts, structural components and parts of the vehicle chassis or brake system. HELLMERICH also produces precision parts and installs assemblies, such as spindles, transmissions and equipment according to customer specifications. The integrated management system also includes the requirements according to ISO9001 and ISO14001. In order to ensure high quality standards, virtually the entire value-added chain is equipped with cutting-edge equipment internally at HELLMERICH.
