Human Respect Solutions was created 5 years ago starting from the idea of creating a structure that would promote and follow all the values and the rules of social economy. Our core business is in the field of human resources from which we make profit that we reinvest into co-financing E.U Funds. These projects aim at developing the insertion of vulnerable people into society via employment. Our ambition is to become a key player in the social economy market in Romania. The creation of such a market in Romania will be possible only by a private-public cooperation that will sustain a different way of making business. Our company concentrated its actions in creating quality rather than quantity thus we could promote people and not numbers reinvesting in social projects from which the community can benefit.
