Horizontal Screens (UM-HS)

UĞURMAK UME series Inclined Screens provide separation of crushed material. It can be used in all the stages of a crushing and screening process, where it is necessary to classify the products by size. The main task is to receive the end product. Therefore, the screen determines the actual capacity of the process. UME series inclined screens have a more reliable body structure against the negative effects of vibration movement with its unique body design.

Temporary quarries installed in project works such as dam, road construction may need to be moved to a different site at the end of the project. This led to the need to develop mobile plant concepts. UĞURMAK UMDS series dewatering screens are designed to remove water from the acquired sand in a washing system. After any washing, sand contains a minimum of 20% water. It will be possible to stock up this amount of water and dry it in weeks minumum. However, this increases the inventory cost excessively. For this reason, dewatering screen is very valuable equipment for washing systems.

The reason why it is preferred at these stages is that the material to be fed to this screen consists of very large material. Standard screens can not meet the desired capacity and due to the size of the material, the standard steel mesh may need to be replaced in a short time.
