Inclined Screens (UME)

UMHS series Horizontal Screens show the innovative aspect of UĞURMAK. It provides high performance, even in the most demanding applications, and demonstrates its quality and reliability. It shows high efficiency compared to traditional horizontal screens making linear motion. With this design, the timing system eliminates the need for difficult maintenance equipment such as the gear system.

Temporary quarries installed in project works such as dam, road construction may need to be moved to a different site at the end of the project. This led to the need to develop mobile plant concepts. Since mobile groups can be transported more easily than fixed facilities, they significantly reduce the cost of transportation. Also, thanks to its ease of transportation, it provides a serious advantage in start-up in a short time.

UĞURMAK UMDS series dewatering screens are designed to remove water from the acquired sand in a washing system. After any washing, sand contains a minimum of 20% water. It will be possible to stock up this amount of water and dry it in weeks minumum. However, this increases the inventory cost excessively. For this reason, dewatering screen is very valuable equipment for washing systems.

The reason why it is preferred at these stages is that the material to be fed to this screen consists of very large material. Standard screens can not meet the desired capacity and due to the size of the material, the standard steel mesh may need to be replaced in a short time.
