The CROP-PROTECTOR Chiller offers a unique way to preserve stored grain, and a unique feedback sensor lance enables energy savings and improved chilling efficiency. When you chill crops to a temperature below 16 degrees Celsius, unwanted biological activity such as insects, mites and fungus growth is interrupted and insect procreation will cease. Any type of grain, seed, oilseed, bean, nut, meal etc. can be chilled by the CROP-PROTECTOR Chiller. The target temperature can be set in the start menu according to the type of commodity and the climate zone. The CROP-PROTECTOR Nitrogen Generator is used for efficient infestation control. By flushing the stored crop with Nitrogen and reducing Oxygen levels, all insects, mites and fungi will be paralyzed and terminated in the Oxygen depleted environment. The Nitrogen Generators use a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) system to generate the Nitrogen. The Nitrogen is distributed into storage contailers or silos via a standard manifold and hoses. The Nitrogen Generators are used together with the iGRAIN sensor system to monitor the flushing process and the condition of the crop. The iGRAIN Plenum Pressure Sensor confirms that the aeration control takes place at the right time. Situated in the silo plenum space or in the transition box from the aeration fan, the pressure sensor confirms that the aeration fan is running; this is necessary because when the iGRAIN dashboard software determines that the fans should run, then an alarm will be triggered if it does not happen. And vise versa, if the fan is running when the software has calculated it is not advantageous, then another alarm will be triggered. The pressure sensors are connected to the iGRAIN AIO-Hub. A CAT6 cable can be used for both power and the MODBUS data communication. The AIO-Hub can be connected to other sensors in the AIO family since they share the 24 VDC and the universal MODBUS communication protocol.

The iGRAIN CO2 Sniffer Cable detects any infestation activity like insects, fungi, mites etc immediately when the activity starts. The increased use of Phosphine fumigation and with longer exposure times is damaging for all types of CO2 and moisture sensors because Phosphine (PH2) is a very aggressive gas. The iGRAIN Bin Auditor radar inventory management system consists of the iGRAIN Bin Auditor Radar level measurement unit(s) and the iGRAIN Inventory Manager Software. The Bin Auditor Radar is a very precise device that measures the grain level. It has an extremely high accuracy of a few centimeters. There are different models for different applications. This includes mounting hardware for a flat roof or 30° steel silo mounting. The iGRAIN Manager Software provides you with reliable information about the level, volume, and grain weight. It also records all movements in and out of each silo.
