ITIUK was incorporated in 1986, but our history dates back to 1867, making us one of the oldest and most experienced instrumentation companies in the world. The knowledge that we have developed over these years allows us the ability to find the solution to the most complex applications. This is helped by the fact that we manufacture in-house in Oldham, Gtr. Manchester. We manufacture pressure and temperature instrumentation in-house, but also source a variety of instrumentation through our network of approved vendors - this allows us to offer a complete supply package to our customers. We make Dial Thermometers, Pressure Gauges, Digital Thermometers, Chemical Seals, e-Gauge, Temperature Sensors and other specialist instrumentation. Whilst our core business has been built and developed in the domestic market, ITIUK has a strong focus on developing our international presence. Our trained and experienced mechanical and electrical technicians carry out our ISO 9001: 2015 repair and calibration service at our custom built facility in Oldham, Greater Manchester, this allows us to work quickly.

The new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface enables digitalization of the measurement technology right from the sensor. Its compact design and high degree of protection allow the instrumentation amplifier to be used practically anywhere in the field. Strain gage sensors typically have an output voltage of a few millivolts. In industrial environments, e.g. in the vicinity of electric motors or frequency converters, interference can affect the measurement result when transmitting analog signals. This is reliably avoided using the new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface. The analog link between the sensor and instrumentation amplifier is kept as short as possible, the standardized IO-Link communication is fully digital and interference-free. The amplifier is powered directly via the IO-Link interface – a standardized 5-wire cable with M12 socket. Strain gage sensors can be connected via a 4-pin M8 connector.

The T610 is a handheld measuring instrument from the Trotec MultiMeasure family, used for quick non-destructive moisture measurement up to 300 mm. Another advantage of the process, aside from the measuring depth, is its independence from the level of salt content in the material. This creates no dissimilarity to the microwave technique, whether it is an older or a new building being gauged. Since the unit’s screen can show two values, for purposes of results evaluation, a function value can be indicated at the same time as the present measured value, if needed. The T610 moisture meter can be linked to a PC through a USB cable. Due to the MultiMeasure Studio Software, the gauged values of the device can be transported online and in real time to the PC. A few practical benefits: German industrial design in robust, premium two-component construction with IP54 type of protection

DIGIFORCE® 9311 is the new standard in efficient quality control. The pioneering force/displacement controller delivers rapid, precise evaluation results for applications that demand both high quality and high productivity. The smart performance features and intelligent hardware make test equipment quicker to set up, easier to use and capable of automatic integration in modern production systems. This unrivalled product specification gives businesses the added security and dependability they need for increasingly complex production processes. The DIGIFORCE® 9311 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships need to be demonstrated between two measured quantities of the process. For instance when recording and monitoring processes such as press-insertion, joining, riveting, stamping or caulking, reliable quality control depends on synchronous and high-speed acquisition of measured values combined with analysis based on versatile evaluation elements.
