The Recovib.Monitor devices are industrial grade multi-purpose acquisition and monitoring systems. They provide a full embedded solution for connecting up to eight sensors (current loop, IEPE, single-ended/differential voltage) to a hardware platform that can acquire process, store and display data in several ways. They can either stream sensor’s raw data to a local machine or send secured messages to the Recovib.io platform. In that mode, they can be remotely configured and customized to fit customer’s needs. RECOVIB Feel has been designed for performing an immediate vibratory analysis. It is connected to an Android device or tablet PC via a USB connection. The supplied application enables the streaming of real-time vibration data on a chart in the time domain and in the frequency domain. While streaming, it is possible to record vibration data in order to replay it in a data viewer, on your smartphone or your PC. The viewer allows for a detailed analysis of the vibrations recorded in the time domain and in the frequency domain. Various signal processing options are available high-pass, low-pass and band-pass filters, integrator filters (velocity mode) and dual-integrator filters (displacement mode). The Structural Health Sensors combine a 2-axis accelerometer with a temperature sensor. Their enhanced internal surge protection and electromagnetic interference immunity make them particularly suitable for the permanent monitoring of outdoor tall structures. The Structural Health Sensors can perform measurements in extreme conditions ranging from -40°C to +85°C. They are of course dust and watertight to IP66. The RECOVIB® industrial accelerometers bridge the gap between the performance of laboratory accelerometers (which are often expensive, fragile and offer low protection) and the robustness of industrial accelerometers (which are sometimes cheaper but often noisy and inaccurate). Our accelerometers can be deployed in industrial environments for monitoring machinery or structures. The RECOVIB® accelerometers are of proven design and the majority of the models available are widely used in a variety of fields, such as the machine tools, precision machining and on-shore and off-shore wind energy sectors in monitoring or active vibration control applications. INTERNAL SIGNAL CONDITIONING The signals from the vibration sensor are amplified and conditioned by the accelerometer unit itself before being passed to the data acquisition system through a disturbed industrial medium. Our accelerometers are equipped either with a voltage output or a 4-20 mA current output.
