Aqua Release 470 is a water-based, semi-permanent release agent and mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy-, phenolic and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Aqua Release 470 is between room-temperature and +150°C.
Spacewax Sealer is a wax-based mold sealer and release agent in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy- and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Spacewax Sealer is between room-temperature and +200°C. Processed correctly, Spacewax Sealer will leave a high gloss surface.
Mold Sealer S-31 is a semi-permanent mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for all types of resin and all kinds of processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. The operating temperature range of Mold Sealer S-31 is between room-temperature and +475°C. Processed correctly, Mold Sealer S-31 will leave a high gloss surface.
DF-40 provides several application possibilities, for example: rust dissolver (will make corroded bolts easy to loosen), corrosion protection, penetrating oil, lubricant, maintenance oil for measuring tools, cleaning agent and many more. DF-40 is made of renewable raw materials.
Super Grease is a H1 registred high performance grease spray. The lubricant is dissolved in a fast evaporating solvent. During the application of Super Grease, its viscosity changes from water- to honey-like. At first Super Grease reacts as penetrating oil and after a few seconds it changes into a skid-resistant, high-performance grease, with a high adhesive strength. The thickener of Super Grease is PTFE. Therefore, it provides excellent dry-running properties. The operating temperature range of Super Grease is -30°C up to +200°C.
grease 800 is a H1 registred, high-performance grease with a soft consistency. The thickener of grease 800 is PTFE. Therefore, it provides excellent dry-running properties. The operating temperature range of grease 800 is between -30°C and +280°C, but should preferably be used at temperatures above 70°C, because from this point on the lubricant provides the best performance.
grease 300 is a H1 registred, high-temperature, high-performance ejector grease with a soft consistency. It is free of solids. So narrow clearances can be lubricated without any problems. Because of the high adhesive strength of grease 300, ejector-pins of injection moulds can be lubricated without facing the risk of polluted parts. The maximum operating temperature of grease 300 is 300°C.
grease 200 is a H1 registred, transparent, soft grease. It is water- and steam-resistant and stable to oxidation and ageing. The operating temperature range of grease 200 is between -20°C and +130°C, but should preferably be used to a max. temperature of 100°C. Above this temperature the viscosity will slightly drop. grease 200 is a cost-effective lubricant.
JC 640 is a release agent to pre-treat metal- and resin-molds in the field of polyurethane foam processing.
Aqua Release 1026 is a water-based release agent in the field of polymer concrete processing. Aqua Release 1026 is very durable and allows multiple demoldings, even if very abrasive reinforcement materials and molds with porous surfaces are used.
