K2TEC designed the KBF filter vessel in stainless steel for the filtration of industrial liquids ranging from 1 up to 5000 cps. The KBF filter is a versatile, reliable and cost-effective solution. The main advantages of the bag filter housings are its wide selection of filter bags with progressive filtration ratings from 0.5 to 2000 microns and a flow rate ranging from 1 to 180 m3/h. Convenient and durable, this filter is highly appreciated in many different fields.

The PLM automatic self-cleaning scraper filter is an industrial filter fabricated in stainless steel equipped with a scraper, that does not use any consumables. It is ideal for filtering high viscosity industrial liquids, such as painting, as well as for the chemical, cosmetic or food industries. The PLM filter is self-cleaning and automatic. It has an incredible ability to filter high viscosity products (up to 200,000 cPs). Designed and manufactured in France, this self-cleaning filter is simple, solid and efficient. This industrial self-cleaning filter does not require any consumables, such as filter bags or filter cartridges and is fully automated. It is particularly suitable for industrial filtration of water-based or solvent-based paints and processes for the food industry, such as dough or pastry, jams, chocolate or any other viscous product.

The PNT gravity filter is made of steel or stainless steel. It can filter process liquids and industrial waste from 1 to 500 cps and allows continuous solid / liquid separation of industrial effluents. The K2TEC gravity filter has been designed for the filtration of low viscosity liquids such as oils, washing or recycling water, process or reject liquids… It is an unwinding filter which uses filter paper rolls as filter media and allows automatic and continuous solid / liquid separation. It works by gravity, so it is very economical and requires almost no adjustment. In addition, it is very easily adaptable both in terms of flow rates and filtration threshold thanks to the filter paper rolls available in our range of filter elements. It is built according to CE standards and can be made of painted steel or stainless steel.

Filter bags are one of the most commonly used and economical filter elements for the filtration of liquids. They are used in bag filters, both for batch filtration and for high flow filtration. K2TEC has been designing and manufacturing industrial filters for solid/liquid separation for more than 30 years. K2TEC offers standard filter bags and is also able to design custom-made filter bags to meet the most demanding requirements.

Nonwovens in rolls are products used in the field of liquid filtration and possibly air filtration. They are particularly suitable for reject filtration. There is a very wide variety of fibers and mechanical strengths. They are generally not recyclable, but standard fibers are inexpensive. K2TEC uses superior quality raw materials in materials such as polyester, polypropylene, viscose… to meet the demands of the industrial, mechanical, agrifood, chemical, environmental sectors…

Special filter bags are developed according to customer demand. This type of pocket can be from a few centimeters to several meters. To make these tailor-made bags, K2TEC relies on its expertise of more than 35 years in industrial filtration, an in-house design office and a range of filtration mesh, filter paper and complete filter cloth. You can also find our range of standard filter bags. These bags have universal dimensions and also feature a wide variety of materials and filter media.

At K2TEC, we have grouped under the term Precision woven filter fabrics mesh, all the fabrics made from extruded monofilament and woven in square mesh from nylon (polyamide), polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE, etc. Thanks to the wide variety of precision woven synthetic fabrics available, the industrial applications of our mesh filter fabrics are extensive: from pregnancy test protective filters, to dishwasher filters, to insect anti-intrusion devices for smoke alarms or smoke detectors. These precision woven fabrics can also be used in rolls or ribbons for industrial sieving, and virtually in any kind of filter. Mesh openings can vary from 1 micron to 4000 microns, giving these mesh filter cloths the versatility to be used in many different liquid-solid separation processes. Mesh filter cloths are also used to protect strategic surfaces in the process of air filtration or sieving.
